Dr. Jumba Jookiba, the eccentric scientist behind Experiment 626, faces a crisis of galactic proportions: he is about to lose his membership in E.G.G.S. (the Evil Genius Group-slash-Syndicate). Having spent too much time being "good" on Earth, Jumba is short on the Villain Points required to maintain his perks, specifically his premium dental plan and intergalactic travel lounge access. To fix his standing, Jumba embarks on a mission to create a series of truly "evil" inventions. However, he didn't account for Stitch, who remains a wild card in every calculation. The fuzzy blue ball of chaos inadvertently ruins every brilliant invention, turning Jumba's quest for villainy into a hilarious disaster for the whole 'Ohana.
